Product Description

Bronze Sleeve Packed Water Level Gauge

Boss Bronze Sleeve Packed Water level Guage screwed male ends to BSP Taper Threads of flanged ends to BS-10 Table 'H' and with automatic shut off in the water arm. Suitable for 250 PSIG (17.58 kg/cm²g) max. B.O.P and Max. Temp. Up to 428^oF ( 220^oC ). Tested to 500 PSIG (35.15 kg/cm²g)

Salient Features

Each cock is fitted with a self adjusting inverted tapper plug which forms a seal in a renewable moulded asbestos sleeve.
The sleeve can be easily positioned in the cock by a rib which fits a corresponding groove in the body
The sleeve is reinforced by metallic eyelets to avoid clogging of the passage
A S.S. (AISI-304) ball in the water arm cuts off water supply in the event of breakage of glass tube
Glass tubes are fitted with replaceable rubber cones to attain a leak tight joint

Testing and Certification

All water levels gauges are tested hydrostatically at double the max. working pressure and on steam at max.
