Boss Bronze Extra Heavy Globe Steam Stop Valve, screwed bonnet, inside screw, rising stem, with back seat having renewable female ends BSP Taper or Flanged ends to BS-10 Table H, hand wheel operated suitable for saturated steam lines up to 250 PSIG (17.58 kg/cm²g) and max. Temp 428oF (220^oC) of tested to 500 PSIG 35.15 kg/cm²g) hydraulic pressure.

Boss Bronze Extra Heavy Globe Steam Stop valves are provided with following features to give trouble free service.
Back seat arrangement is provided to facilitate on line replacement of gland packing under pressure when valve is full open
Bonnet is locked for safety of operating staff
Valve disc and check nut are locked by a S.S (AISI 304) locking washer
Body seat ring and disc are properly heat treated with at least 50 BHN difference
Heavy and sturdy hand wheel with firm grip and for easy operation
